Your brief will be to build me 3 separate websites that will achieve page 1 ranking on UK specific search engine results from both Yahoo and google for the search terms 'uk mortgage' 'uk remortgage' and 'uk loan'.
I can host these sites on 3 different IP addresses. (2 Windows and 1 Linux) Three sutable domains are registered. The sites can be as large or small as is required, but the index page must include a form. You are free to use any SEO strategy that you require to achieve the desired results but they must not fall foul of Yahoo or Google's current guidelines.
I know this is a challenge, and I will only accept sensible and realistic bids from coders with a proven track record in this field. URL's of previous projects must be supplied.
In addition to your winning bid I will pay a bonus of $1000.00 immediately on condition that all 3 new sites appear on page 1 of either one of the above search engines for 7 consecutive days. For example: Site A and site B on page one of google uk results. Site C on page one of Yahoo uk results. Conditions met and I will pay bonus.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
