Delphi TIAB Socket Component and API

This project is for the development of a multithreaded version of the Delphi-based API for Interactive Brokers TWS. The attached compressed folder, **TIABSock AND [login to view URL]**, contains a detailed description of this project **(TIAB Socket [login to view URL])** as well as all source code, help files, etc. Bids will NOT be considered from programmers who do not provide feedback regarding the questions outlined in the project description. Please note the following ammendments to the **TIAB Socket [login to view URL]: ****Question #2,3:** The broker DOES allow for seperate instances of the API to run simultaneously. We know that up to 8 instances can run simultaneously, and we are awaiting confirmation from the broker regarding whether or not it may even be possible to run up to 16 instances simultaneously. We need able to handle MINIMUM 8 simultaneous instances, and eventually even up to 16 - unless of course there is better method of requesting data with less overhead. We are open to suggestions. **Question #4:** Disregard it. We have decided AGAINST embedding proprietary logic within the TIAB Socket Component itself, and decided to store it within a seperate container so as to have fewer problems with bug tracking and fixing, as well as future developments. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Interactive Brokers TWS Delphi Windows XP POSSIBLY 64-bit
