We are looking for a phone app (Android and IOS platforms) that will connect to our streaming server and show live streams being played out. The streaming server is playing out .m3u8 files, H264/AAC encoding. Access to test streaming server will be provided. 1. The services can be video or audio only (music). 2. Also there will be file based (on demand) catalogue, so users can browse and select what they want to watch (like you tube), news reports, movies, shows, etc... 3. The app will need to support advert injections, so that we can send in some adverts/alerts/marketing to the users now and then. 4. User can select their favourites catalogue so that they don't need to browse through all the other channels. 5. Each app will need to register with us before becoming active, this will be a one time registration at time of installation, we then want to be able to collect usage stats and know what the clients are watching and for how long. 6. User can upload their own videos to our server which will only be accessible by them or integrate it to an existing service so that they can watch their videos through this app. Please quote on the base app and then for additional cost for each service/functionality requested, so we can decide what to do in phase 1 and what to leave till phase 2.
