We are an Authorized Training Centre for Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), a premier R&D organization which comes under Ministry of Communications & Information Technology (MCIT) for carrying out R&D in IT, Electronics and associated areas. We conduct some high-end technology courses which are formulated by C-DAC, which provide attractive learning and placement opportunities to students. To promote our courses amongst prospective students, we shall be launching a telemarketing campaign. We have gathered a list of 25,000 students who would have recently finished their graduate courses. We shall be sending them an SMS about our institute and the courses which we offer and provide them with a call back number. You would have to to mange the calls coming to the call back number and answer / call them back / respond to SMS queries, explain to them about the courses which we are offering based on the relevance to them. We shall provide you would guidelines to the nature of discussions to be done and an FAQ. During the conversations, you would need to assess the eligibility of the student. If they are eligible, you would need to convince them to meet us for a personal counselling and schedule the counselling time in coordination with our staff / based on available schedule, After the counselling is done, you would need to take a feedback and follow-up with reminders till the date of the entrance test for the courses. You would have to define the method by which you would operate and the method by which we can monitor your work and its effectiveness. This project has to be undertaken during 15th to 30th October 2014 and may be extended to 15th November based on the response. The project will also repeat every 6 months for a new batch.
