Commercial Auto Insurance Cold Calls - repost

I am looking to outsource calling commercial auto leads for my insurance agency, in Huntington Beach, California. What I need from you is to call the leads that will be provided. We are looking to get more commercial clients and it would be a great help for you to call these leads for us. This entails that: you are not afraid to pick up the phone and dial it, you are comfortable when talking to strangers about we can offer, and you do not try to sell the insurance yourself because that is Illegal. What you will say is, "Hi, (prospects name) this is (your name). Are you open to talking about your situation with your commercial auto insurance?...(Let them answer. They will either say no I am busy or Sure.) Most business owners: 1. do not get an Allstate quote from their insurance broker. 2. Most business owners are frustrated with the rising cost of insurance. 3. Most business owners are concerned about reducing costs I am calling on behalf of the local ALLSTATE INSURANCE office in HUNTINGTON BEACH. (Let them answer and take notes on what they say. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you take good notes and listen to their needs.) If they say "No I am busy at the moment", Then take note of that and ask; "when is a more appropriate time for me to call you, regarding your commercial auto insurance?" Write down the time and call them back then! If they say "No thank you." Simply reply, "Thank you for your time, have a great day." Depending on the flow and energy of the call. Ask them for referrals and by saying. "Do you know anyone of the top of your head that might be looking for a Commercial Auto Policy?". Write down their answer and if they provide a number then you have another lead. If they say "yes, sure or can I have some details," then you would say; “When is the best time to talk further about your insurance needs? I will set up an appointment with BOB JUGAN so he can explain to you what ALLSTATE has to offer for Commercial Auto Insurance." Record and take note of what they say and then your job for that lead is done. Once they give you an answer, you record their decision and either move on or pass it on. if you prefer to send over your coverage page with a list of drivers. I can ask Bob to stop by, too. Your objective is to set up a time for them to talk to us about writing a commercial policy, no more and no less. This is very important so please only take this job if you're going to do it, and give a full 100% effort. This is the job description, it is pretty straight forward but it takes time and effort.
