The recruitment must be easy because the expenses of the selected participants would be covered by the sponsors. This project is target oriented and commission based. 1 registered and unique participant fulfilling all criteria = 20 USD. The 1st registered and unique participant fulfilling all criteria and from our "special company list" = 40 USD CLIENT DESCRIPTION Deliver One is involving senior executives from largest retailers in Europe and even beyond with decision makers coming from Los Angeles to Beijing. We've achieved to onboard 200 retailers so far and need to hit the 300 bar in the next week. JOB DESCRIPTION We're seeking an experienced Recruiter and Cold Calling Specialist to join our team in preparation for an exclusive event for e-retailers and e-commerce companies. You'll be expected to find the right contacts based on the specific criteria and get them registered for our event. Besides it will be free for them! Because all expenses of selected participants will be covered by sponsors. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Just find the right contacts based on the criteria provided by us and get them willing to come to our event - 20 USD per one unique prospective participant fulfilling all the criteria 40 USD per the first unique prospective participant from our Top Company list REQUIREMENTS - Preferably based in Europe; however, can be also based anywhere in the world if ready to work in the European working hours; - Results-oriented; - Experience in recruiting high level executives and speaking with them professionally as an advantage; - Experience in sourcing the right profile candidates as an advantage; - Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day; - Excellent verbal and written communications skills with knowledge in business terms; - Strong listening and presentation skills on the phone; - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively; - Can start ASAP - tomorrow and be willing to work hardly especially for the first week (the mission would end on 2 September) We will pay only for the prospects with proofs and the ones which are unique (you will have an access to the file, which companies and people are already covered), and also approved by us as fulfilling all the criteria
