About myself I have a Real Estate company that does a fair volume of rentals My agents need to be able to keep track and in contact with their clients I am looking for a CRM system to do the following: Agents gets a phone call and enters the customers information which will include: Phone, Email, Move-in date, Bedrooms desired, Price range, and specific tags such as pet-friendly, modern, luxury The system should automatically follow-up with the clients on the date the agent selected The system should send updates the agent asked the system to send The client should then receive emails from our database that also feeds our website currently built with a Wordpress back-end and a custom theme See [login to view URL] This system will be incorporated into a ConstantContact email marketing system Therefore the emails and phone numbers must be saved and down-loadable in a compatible format such as Excel

We have created a CRM like this before, the only thing is what information we are emailing the client, such as when new properties become available, etc... where will the system get the new properties to mail the client, and when should the client be notified via email?
