Create an icon for an app using its logo *URGENT*

Hello folks, I have a quick and a simple project that I need done urgently. This project should be a breeze for all you Photoshop talented individuals (at least that's what i think). Let me tell you what I need, please see the attached "[login to view URL]" this is a logo for an app, I need you to create an icon for this app by using elements from this logo. I will be providing the PSD file for the logo which has all the layers. So you pretty much have all the graphics needed. The only thing you need to do by your self is the background or any creative magic you can do to make the icons look wonderful. If possible, I would like to see multiple options (Let's say 4). You can do something like use just the "J" on first concept like "Y!" of Yahoo. The second concept can have just the comment signs. Also, please make sure the icons are as big as required by both iOS and Android. I believe it's 1024x1024 for iOS and 512x512 for Android. NOW FOR THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. I need this project done within 12 hours from the time of posting. I will be choosing the candidate no later than four hours. So you will have total of 8 hours to finish the project. At this point I will need to the icons to be completed and I will need ALL THE SOURCE FILES E.G. PSD [login to view URL] whatever you used to do the design work. These read the above paragraph carefully one more time. The icons are no use to me if I do not have them on time or if the source files are missing. So when you submit your work, I need you to submit everything. It is very unlikely that there will be any revisions so whatever the chosen candidate does is likely to be final. Please send your previous work samples or portfolios. The quality of your previous work will play a major role in getting you selected.
