Diabetic Diet Plan Article

I need a diabetic diet article, 5 to 10 pages in length(A4 paper size with font size 10 and font type in Times New Roman). The article should include how to plan a diabetic diet meal and should contain the following topics: 1) basic knowledge a diabetes patient should know about the food he/she takes, general misconcept, tips and etc... 2) how to cook and plan a diabetic diet meal? what to consider? how to calculate?and etc... 3) 20 diabetic recipes, if possible please related them to the above suggested meal plan. Recipes should not be include in the proposed total page length(5-10pages). Biidder shoudl include $/page and $/Recipes in the bid(for example your bid can be $60 and you should notify me the break down as $6/page and $1.50/Recipes).
