Complaint handling by phone

Hi,
I'm looking for somebody who can handle the phone-support of one of our services in the UK.
It's mostly complaint handling, where you try to direct the users to our email support or get customer information by phone.
You will get a daily list of phone numbers that you will need to call and then follow our call script.
The calls will take about 1-3 minutes.
You can expect to have around 10 call's a day.
I can pay per call made or by hour, what you prefer,
but no long obligations.
