Contondo – Salesforce CRM Module

The tasks of the requested module is to: Installation Tasks • Install the module as a standard Salesforce application in accordance with best practices (easily removed, support for any edition of Salesforce, etc.) • Create the necessary user permissions to facilitate partial deployment (availability of the solution to select users or user groups) • Provision the Contondo iFrame within the requested entities (e.g. Opportunity, Cases, Appointments, etc.) for the required users (users set up with specific permissions within Salesforce to access Contondo). Note: the Contondo iFrame may appear in more than one entity simultaneously. Usage Tasks • When the authorized users log-in to Salesforce, the module should retrieve a customer ID and a list of Entity Fields from a locally cached XML configuration file and an updated list of Tags (Keywords) from the Contondo Cloud Service • The module should compare the Tags (keywords) against the information contained within the defined entity list and encode a URL string that encapsulates the matches found • The module should then send the URL string to the Contondo Cloud Service that in response will populate the Contondo iFrame inside the Salesforce CRM entity page (such as Opportunity) with the applicable data. The parameters embedded in the URL will be in accordance to: 1. Contondo Customer ID: The Contondo Customer's ID as should be read from an XML file. Query parameter name: CID 2. Entity Parameters: Some parameters of the current entity. Query parameter name: EntParams 3. Data Parameters: Data that appears on or off the screen of the current user in the Salesforce CRM application. Query parameter name: Params More detail in the attached specification guide.
