Auto Rename , Zip File Unpack + Pack , File Copy + Check

Hello, I need an automated program, which has to do the following: 1. Checking an Folder, for example C:/Data/ every 60 Sec. if there are new Folders (because this Directory gets frequently updated by another program) 2. If there is a new File/Folder or Zip Parts like: C:/Data/[login to view URL] C:/Data/[login to view URL] C:/Data/[login to view URL] Then auto unpack these to "C:/Data/File-Part" for example. 3. In this Directoy ("C:/Data/File-Part") the Program has to re-name the .exe / .msi files to a specific name. 4. After that another file ("[login to view URL]") shall be copied from "C:/Program" to this new directory "C:/Data/File-Part" 5. At the end pack the Folder "C:/Data/File-Part" to a new Zip File or several 100 MB Splitted Zip / Rar Parts named with the folder name "[login to view URL]" or "[login to view URL]" + "[login to view URL]" etc. I hope you understood what I meant. It is a simple "Checking - Unpacking - Renaming - Copying - Packing" automated Program :) I also do NOT need a Gui. A cmd Window where I have to put Folder-Check Directoy and [login to view URL] Directory should be okay :) Thanks.
