AWS Terraform Configuration

Hi I just have 1 question. Do you want Terraform to use the default VPC or do you want Terraform to create a separate one with custom subnet/Route Table/Network ACL ? Besides I've understood the project requirements. BTW I'm a super expert in AWS. Ranked #1 in AWS Freelancer Category. I would prefer ansible, rather than terraform and complete it quicker/efficient than quoted. If really terraform is a must, I can still work on it.
