Seeking a talented 3D artist to bring my penthouse concept to life through modern, visually striking exterior renders. **What I'm Looking For:** We are looking to create a rendering of a completed apartment block based on the images. The emphasis should be on the top floor which will be a penthouse. As you can see, each flooe has two apartments - about 300 sq metres in size We have been advised that the penthouse will be 200 sq metres beacuse it will be an amalgamation of 2 apartments and there is an elevator on the floor. Our aim is therefore to create a rendering of the building with an emphasis on the deiagn and layout of the Penthouse. We want the Penthouse to be one apartment, 200 sqft in size with a protected balcony on either side of the penthouse **Ideal Skills and Experience:** - Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software like 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp. - Experience with architectural visualization, particularly modern residential exteriors. - Strong portfolio featuring previous renders, especially of high-end properties. - Eye for aesthetics: able to select color palettes and textures that embody a modern luxury lifestyle. - Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality visuals.
