I have a script that could create proxies on proxy server with squid, however, it is not working properly. The proxies it created had no connection to the internet. The log shows 'The Squid Cache (version 6.0.0-VCS) died.'

I am running a Hyper-V Server 2019 (Core) on a Gigabyte AMD X570 Mainboard using a NVME SSD Corsair Force MP600. The mainboard does not really have drivers for Windows Server, but I did migrate all missing drivers from a W10 machine with the same hardware. All is working, but the disk-speed 4k blocks is very bad when disabling cache. As I am using Starwind vSAN, I cannot use the disk cache.
