I have two sites, each running OSCommerce / OSCMax 2.51. I need to upgrade these sites to OSMax 2.53, create an automated back up routine, set up a product import from an Excel file and set up an EDI update via FTP. I am also using eMagicOne Store Manager for osCommerce which has an available plug in for Automatic Product Import, but this has to be configured/mapped. I did have a PHP programmer working on the sites who built it to the state it is in, but he was not familiar with the programs when he started so things may not be optimized correctly. I recently upgrade my oscmax from 2.0.25 to 2.5.2. Everything goes well except the new ultimate seo 5 once enabled made an unwanted removal of the dash between two values. I have a customized filter in product listing returns something like filter_id2=3-17 in url, but now it becomes fitler_id2=317. If I disabled seo, in cPath mode there is no such problem. I have filter short words set to 1 and remove all non-alphanumeric char set to false. The customized filter works fine when I manually change 317 to 3-17 in the url. The latest version 2.5 of OscMax comes with the one page checkout installed. I want ONLY the one page checkout be installed for my older version 2.0.25 of OscMax. You need to install both versions in your local server and test to figure out what files or codes need to be copied to the older version, and also the script to add any needed info to the database, so I can follow the same procedure to add the OPC.
