I have a very average shot video and the amateur camera person has moved the camera from horizontal format to vertical format several times throughout the 53 second video. I want to replace the vertical format video with a still image but still have the sound continue. I had a freelancer perform a small fix for me on my site. It turns out it was one plugin - Vidkala - that was causing an issue - however this freelancer tried several things first which were just hit and miss. In his rushed amateur process he uninstalled my theme - and reinstalled a default theme. It then reconfigured the layout and i told him it needed to go back to how it was.
