i am goign to open a japanese style ramen restaurant in germany.
I am chinese and i am partnering up with my older sister. we are both foodies with a passion for perfection. ramen is a chinese noodle soup dish which migrated to japan in the 1920 ish it has evolved in japan and has a lot of facettes now a days. i am trying to find the right name for it. i would like to highlight the versatility , endless posibilities with the new style of ramen "kodawari" artisanal style of ramen.
My family name is Wu . my sisters name is xixi or sissi and my name is Long
