I am a full-time mother to two wonderful kids and while I take care of them, I want to be productive as well. I want to enhance and grow as an individual as I welcome new challenges. I have been previously employed by different companies doing different tasks. From office setting doing data entry jobs, to being a front office staff answering concerns from clients and hotel guests. I was a treasury staff too, which is in charge of the company's finances. Lastly, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative and Fraud Specialist, handling queries through chat, email and phone support. I have exposure in working with different nationalities and in different working environments, including graveyard shifts. I have dealt with each situation with calmness and prompt solution to provide the best support. I am hands-on, highly motivated, goal oriented, determined, organized and can finish a task even before deadline, with accurate results.
