Hi, I have read the project details and I am interested to take advantage of the opportunity. I have done mostly customer support, lead generation, cold calling, email, chat support, research, data mining, data entry, to name a few. I don't have any project for now so my attention will solely be on this task. Please let me know if there's anything else that you may need.

Dear Concern, In relation to the job post, I consider myself to be an ideal candidate for the position. I have been associated with BPO / Call Center industry for almost 6 years now where I have explored many verticals like Inbound & Outbound telemarketing ( B2C & B2B ), Customer Service & support, appointment setting, lead generation, VA jobs, debt collection etc. I am absolutely fluent in English (both written & spoken) and I can drive a call very well. Completely proficient in computers. I am technically pretty sound and have worked with various applications like CRM, Magento, and OET's (Order entry tools). I have very good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power point and a typing speed of approximately 40 words per minute. I am professional, punctual and dedicated towards my work. I am someone who is a fast learner and result oriented. I am ready to be interviewed and start working on a project in order to showcase my skills and qualities with an assurance that if I hired I would always live up to the employer's expectation. I am ready to start as soon as possible with an availability of more than 30 hours a week. Looking forward to hear from you soon!
