Changes on existing YII site

We have been burnt 2 with this project already and are completely overdue on the tasks so please do not respond unless you are an experienced developer that will work per project fixed price. We are not interested in Project Managers, we just want to work with developers. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME AND WASTE MY TIME UNLESS THE ABOVE APPLIES TO YOU. This is an existing project. The structure and base have been completed we only need small tasks to be completed so we can complete the project. Even though it looks like a lot of tasks, many of the tasks are small text changes etc. We also require you to create a world map using a google api. The site is an online community for people to join and to advertise their skills, work, classes, workshops etc. Memberships are available with various levels to advertise and promote your business. There are functions in the site for people to like events, workshops etc and to use the map to locate events and to search what's going on around them.
