Wordpress Template Setup and tweak

We have a template purchased and installed from templatemonster -- we just need it setting up "as per" the demo, but obviously without the content, keeping the logo - and the headings tweaked , and adding a font to the CSS so we're consistent for the font headers the template is installed already, we just need the pages configuring as per the demo but the headers changed. I don't want any of the "crud" from the sample data there though. The template is [login to view URL] About the only thing we'll need is a bit of a change to the "Players" - we want this changing to "Changing Lives" [or something similar that fits if need be] , the demo has Players 2, 3 and 4 as a sub menu, we want ours to be Overseas Education, UK Education, UK Charity - and showing how to categorise the blogs so they use these categories What we do is to donate IT equipment to various charitable and educational projects around, and need the blogs for these categories to represent the work we do - so needs to be "latest first" if that's a setting you can tweak. On the Main page, we'll put in our own images on the first section In the next "how can we help" - it's currently lorem ipsum, I just need to know where to change these over to real text, no changes needed. The next bit with the "join us now", just need to know where to change the text from "We'll help you move up and secure your place in the NBA draft" to something more sensible for us! The testimonials can change - again, if possible, these need to be newest first, and showing how to set this up. "new talents" just needs a header change to "Success Stories" , and hopefully this picks up what used to be the "players" section. Social links Facebook and twitter are fine, but adding youtube to that, and linkedIn, take out the google plus and feed Useful links can stay "as is", just need to know where to change these Services links at the botton can also stay, again, need to know where to change these.. along with a bit of help setting up our actual services, the format is fine, Font for menu - we'd ideally like all the menus to be in "VAG Rounded" (as per the logo), if that can be done, superb, otherwise, fonts can stay as they are. I don't think it's a massive job, as the template is there, just need it setting up quickly and guiding me through how/where to put the content in, as I'm a wordpress newbie Ideally in the next few days if possible, as we did the cardinal sin of not backing it up before, and lost the last version"
