Propably needed Server set up and suitable wordpress import plugin set up and full instructions how the task import could be done.
Set up to avoid double entries and where are existed need to be deleted.
The freelancer need to have very good experience in Linux Plesk server and in wordpress database administration. The set up have to be done in 2 servers

Need to become the project in back up site first to both servers and then if the import operates fine the changes will be transfer to the main site
