FINANCE & ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR II
Oversee P&L of two accounts The Capital One and Hertz. Prepare First to Final Pass PL Accounts
Analysis, Out of Trend, Variance Analysis, Budget Input and Analysis.
Oversee P&L for Rental, Repairs and Maintenance, Supplies and Operating Expenses of three major
accounts Midwest, Southern and National Accounts. Execute Monthly Accruals, Adjusting Journal
Entries, and Year to Date Accounts Reconciliation, Supply Trend, Overage Trend, Supply Bill back,
and Monthly/ quarterly Supplies Inventory.
Oversee staff, review their works namely: accounting entries, YTD Entries, Mid-Atlantic Accounts
Company 02 & Company 09.
Approve Staff Journal Entries
Train new accounting employees.
Prepare Monthly Regional Variances for Finance Director in US
Communicate Area Manager to report their monthly admin office expenses.
Conduct Annual Staff Performance Evaluation
Analyze, manage and maintain a standard cost system for the equip. of assign region.
Actively manage inventory records to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts of assigned region
