I need an amazing Membership package for my website -- 2

Hello I am looking for someone to provide me an amazing membership package for my website. It must be able to control differnet sections of the site for different prices. I want to be able to limit post and to be able to limit picture amounts if possible in different categories on the site.. example For Sale I want to have 25 pictures possible whle in Real estate can only have 6. I want to be able if possible that i can set prices for different cities. I want to be able to give coupons out and it gives rebates for what ever i set it too.. either all or for a particular area.
