Migrate a WordPress website to AZURE Platform

Client has an existing WordPress website on a standard cpanel account, and needs it trasnferred to an existing account on the AZURE platform. I have licensed copies of BackupBuddy and UpDraft, both of which can do the job, though they are not working for me.
Your tasks include:
1. You Migrate [login to view URL] WordPress website (all data and all files) to [login to view URL] on existing Azure account.
2. Client tests website at [login to view URL]
3. I change DNS so [login to view URL] points to new Azure account
4. You change database references from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL]
5. Client tests and approves.
I am looking for someone who has done this before and understands both WordPress and especially the AZURE platform.
