Errors on my wordpress theme need fixing

Hi have recently moved my website from Host gator to namescheap i have uploaded the site but i have the following errors with my theme i need someone to fix : In order to fix the issue you should change some settings in your theme. According to our technical team check, the issue with the items is caused by some plugin or theme's part that is using a separate database to load the items. Apparently, you need to specify the exact database in /[login to view URL] on lines 209 and 210 As by default it looks for some database named root, which doesn't exist in your account. please read job before bidding thanks
