Online Streaming Music & FM Radio Stations

I am looking out for a Free Lancer for a Website dedicated to Online Streaming FM Radio Stations. Following are some of the points/features I can think of at the moment (Lots more, I am sure will come up in the coarse of discussion and developement): 1. Organised categories and listing of Radio Channels according to Continents, Countries, Music Genre etc. 2. Look and feel of the site should be trendy, colourful and must have a beautiful theme such as the Wordpress Themes (Will show some examples later). 3. Google Adsense embedded at appropriate places across the website to ensure some revenue generation. 4. Option of Users creating their profile, adding their favourite channels on their profile and listening to them. 5. One Section should be wherein the Admin, ie we should be available to "Live Stream" the music of our choice, schedule programs and have listeners attend the shows and give their comments/feedbacks. 6. External Links to Groups on Facebook, Orkut, Twitter etc. 7. Blog within the site. 8. The Domain is already registered with .FM extension. Server and Database will be purchased by me from our regular agency, as per the requirements. I am open to idead and more options. Ultimately its the person who has worked on a similar project or can do it, can suggest me more features and options. I will update more info if required. Its an urgent work. So I am seeking an individual who can do it asap and on a very reasonable and economical price. My Budget is very restricted. I may reduce or modify the above stated features.
