freelancer must have creative design skills to re-design logo and make site graphics and must sharp development skills, website should be developed in a way to load data very fastly(without loading), you can use JS frameworks to make it fast loading and optimised.
you have to create innovative graphics and banners according to new design techniques.
admin should be done in a way to manage entire site including everything.
portfolio should be manageable from admin to add apps for android, iPhone, iPad
in short we need best website. everything should be done in polished way.
