Fix functions file in woocommerce / worpdress theme

Firstly this job is an immediate start, finish today job. I figure its a couple of hrs work. Dont apply if you cant start and finish today, tomorrow is too late, i wont get paid, and neither will you. I have a site running on woocommerce, which has a few problems, i assume because there are problems in the theme functions file, namely: a. Search does not work in admin or client side. I can not search for posts or products. b. The SALE icon has no style. c. I can not see tabs on the product detail page. d. Gravity forms are not working on my product detail pages, even though this is critical to my site working. In all themes, i can not see the html /text switch in post and product pages... i can only see the txt version of content. See this video.
