We seeking an Executive Assistant on a temporary to hire basis. This position will support several attorneys and will be responsible for interfacing with clients to arrange conference calls and meetings, calendar management, fielding emails and phone calls, drafting communication, arranging travel, processing expenses, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Some personal assistant work (doctor appointments, school forms, etc.) and off-hour email response required as well. The ideal candidate should be an independent worker who is tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
