We are wanting to create a simple Dashboard application with a 1. time panel showing current windows time, 2. a count up timer that counts up to a time and changes colour when a set time is reached. 3. A PDF document viewer in the main panel 4. a news banner for current news Concept we have in mind for each item is as follows. 1. This only shows time in HH:MM format 12 Hour (no am or pm) of current windows time 2. This Timer shows minutes only when clicked will give the options below. Set the Time period to count to until changing color (in minutes only) Set the color of text after reaching the set time above give option of a range of reds Count up to 59 minutes total then stop. 3. This Panel when clicked should give the user an option to browse to a PDF document and then display it in full "panel" mode so it displays the PDF as with the option to over scan the document to maximize the view panel. 4. When clicked should give popup options to change Text to display. (Maximum XX Characters) Scroll speed from slow to faster This should scroll from right to left. Option to Change the color of the Font
