Hi,
I am currently working on a multifile Patcher that is in relation to the gaming server I host.
What I am looking for is someone to develop the core patch engine for a patcher I am working on at the moment. It is windows based.
I have a workspace I have created in Visual basic that I'd like the succesful bidder to develop the patching core into it. GUI and all.
What it will need to do:
It will need to read a file and search for hex strings (For example "EB FE EA 11"), the engine will read the EA 11 part and convert it to Decimal and display in an textbox.
This will also work in reverse, read an textbox and patch the file etc..
More detail will be provided to the successful bidder but ultimately it's a binary file reader and patcher. I will provide the basic GUI and Visual basic workspace it is to be built into.
