Uploading 3 Adsense Sites with .php Coding Problems

I'm looking for a knowledgable-to-a-fault .php file, pro coder to, via desktop remote assistance, upload 3 websites that are "already written and completed" to my webhost. I know how to do this, and have tried many times, but given that these sites involve .php files included and mixed-in with .html files, I ran into a few problems due to me not understanding .php coding. The index pages of these sites are [login to view URL] instead of [login to view URL] pages, as are some other files included .php files, and upon uploading the sites, sometimes the index page would show online, sometimes it would not. Also, when said index pages did show-up online, they have pics and graphics on the page that? show missing and? says "page cannot be displayed" in their place. Also there are several "article content" hyperlinks per page? on each website that all work just and when clicked go to their corresponding pages as they should...however... ...arriving at each and every page, "[[login to view URL]][1]" shows up in the browser field **instead** of showing, of course, thedomain i have purchased for each site...morever... There must be a working, credible domain URL showing in the browser, instead of course seeing the words? "[[login to view URL]][1] " in the browser. Once everything is uploaded and all graphics and pictures are in place and showing, and the domain URL i have purchased for each site is showing on each and every page, this project will be complete. The chosen coder must also TELL ME ANYTHING IMPORTANT I MUST KNOW, SUCH AS A POTENTIAL PROBLEM OR SOMETHING TO BE CAREFUL OF,? THAT MAY OR MAY NOT AFFECT THE WORKABILITY AND/OR NAVIGATION OF EACH SITE UPON CODER FINISHING THIS PROJECT. Even though the description and details that are written here for this project are thorough in it's instruction, the project itself is of easy implementation for a coder with complete knowledge of .php and .html files and their coding.
