Mac/PC Program to receive, group, and message cell phone numbers

We need a program that works for ALL mobile phones that support text messages :

-client needs to be able to text a short code number (example 60978) and this will register the number in our program's database

-be able to group the numbers and have the ability to send an automated group specific message back to the subscriber

-Each group to have a different star number and have the software organize that and receive all those different numbers.

-Nice looking and easy to use user interface

- can be for either mac or pc, preferably both

-this ia a canadian product, so this needs to work with canadian cell phone carriers, not sure if that will make a difference with regards to the programming aspect...

## Deliverables

-have ability to unsubscribe

-Have the ability to group phone numbers and message those groups individually

-Accept duplicate e-mails in different groups but not the same group

-Ability to receive messages

-Ability to export and back up databases and individual groups
