WebBased On-Line video Capture with RTP/RTSP Broadcast (H.264/AAC). Major Browsers, Windows, Mac & Linux(optional). Capturing Live Video from any Video Capture devices on Client Machine and Client desktop/screen. ## Deliverables Web-based On-Line Video Capture with RTP/RTSP Broadcast (H.264/AAC) We are looking to build a Web-based Live Video Capture module, for major Browsers (Firefox, IE, Chrome, Safari), on Windows and Mac OS (Linux optional). Capturing Live Video from any Video & Audio Capture devices on Clients Machine and Clients desktop/screen. Captured Live Video/Audio will be Encoded as MPEG-4 Part 10 (H.264/AAC) and broadcast in RTP/RTSP/HTTP from the clients machine (NOT from a remote server or media server). To secure connection between Broadcaster and Playback client, we need to make sure we can have always successful connection. Maybe the use of *RTSP*-over-*HTTP tunneling* can be useful. Some Networking info: A. With inter-medium media server: Web-browser A[(H.264/AAC) -> RTP/RTSP/HTTP] --> WOWZA --> Web-browser B[(H.264/AAC) Player] B. With Direct Streaming: Web-browser A[(H.264/AAC) -> RTP/RTSP/HTTP] --> Web-browser B[(H.264/AAC) Player] Web-browser A: Client A, Broadcasting Video Stream. Web-browser B: Client B, Receiving broadcast Video Stream for playback. WOWZA: Media Server This Module will be used for a web-based live video conference Project. A great example on what we are looking for, is very similar to Nanocosmos Product : ([login to view URL]) The solution must be able to maintain audio and video sync over an extended period of time under 24/7 operations. The module must be free of memory leaks and other failures including exceptions. The solution will also provide a simple console application, that allows the user to set all of the properties on the filter that can be used to verify and test the filter. We should be able to customize it further for our future needs. You should provide installation and customization instructions. Can use LGPL software, FFMpeg or other for encoding ( if it's free ) We would prefer if this project is be done in Flash 10 (AS3) or with Silverlight, this way it will work for all Browsers and all requested OS. H.264 encoding should be optimized and not slow that drags the client machine. We are also open in the idea we could use 3rd Party tools/SDKs, for developing this module. If you have a better suggestion to use different language/SDKs/encoders rather than Flash and other, you can mention that in your bid with some justification. All comments are welcome. This is for developers with experience in web development, video encoding, capturing and streaming. All relevant applications/tests/demos/examples/docs, for the proof the project is working 100% and how it works, must be included.
