Java reconition program modified

Program is locared at <[url removed, login to view]> it is a graffic reconition program. Made and freely distributed. . there are intructions in the compressed files on the site

Need it to work so please test it with the following images. must test correct and find these graffics on drawing provided.

To complete the project must use these 3 tiff files1/2/[url removed, login to view] and find the images in [url removed, login to view] file. THe program you great must do this for any [url removed, login to view] file I feed it.

Take first symbol and locate all of the corresponding symbols from a1.tiff. color each symbol in. repeat for the other two symbols.

convert [url removed, login to view] into html, make each symbol found linkable in a html format. The link should correspond to the writingin the symbol. If starts with a letter then link to letter [url removed, login to view]

if just a number and no letter link to schedule.html.

Project finished when you supply me with a program that reads tiff files and outputs html files with the linkable symbols requested.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): must take tiff files provided and make them work with program. it must find all symbols in master tiff file.

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Take program from above link. take attached files. find all symbols located in the [url removed, login to view] file. you can change the tiff to any format you like jpg, tiff, pdf what ever is easier.

once you locate a symbol modfiy [url removed, login to view] by coloring the area a color.

Create an html file, the found shape must now become linkable. if a user clicks on shape must jump to new page. The new page to open if found by the text in the link. the buttom half of the symbol or the whole symbol will have a letter or number. example look at a1.tiff. find [url removed, login to view] shape in the [url removed, login to view] file. see on the bottom half it says A3.1 in it. if a user clicks on it it should open page a3.1.html. If there is only one number like in the [url removed, login to view] file. you just need to link to window.html.
