As per the analysis of your entire requirement we need to implement your site where service providers and service seekers will create their profile and will communicate with each other. Service providers can send post their job details over the site, and service seekers can search or can post their requirement. • Employer will be able to manage their job over the site. They can add/edit/remove their posted job and related details from site. • Employers will be able to browse profile of workers over the site. They can view their reviews and rating posted by other employers over the site. • Employers will be able to take monthly subscription over the site. As there will 2 types of subscriptions. One will be free & other will be premium membership. So they will take monthly subscription over the site to maintain their profile. • Employers will be able to make payment over the site through standard paypal. • Employer will be able to view list of applicants that have applied over their job & can decline particular application. • Employer will be able to send and receive messages to & from workers. • Employer can select particular one worker for their work, so once they will select a worker job will be closed automatically and will be disappear from site. • Employer will be able to post reviews and rating for particular worker once their job will be completed. • Employers can view their review & rating posted by worker for them over the site.
