PUNE based FREELANCER required for Magento V2.1 E-Commerce Site

We require a PUNE based FREELANCER for this project in INDIA, no agencies please, simply will delete, please read brief before any chat etc so fully understanding of requirement. Magento website with smooth work flow and seamless checkout is required. The idea is fairly straight forward, the client browsers the site, selects what they want which goes into a cart and which has an accumulated weight and they get a quote complete with shipping rate which also variable depending on the speed of the service required, country they live in, etc and we have a range of couriers. There are plans for future additions detailed in the brief after the initial development.
