Project Manager, PMP Certified Required for Website Development

Objectives: The project manager will be responsible to plan, manage, control and close a web development project by performing integrated effort to deliver the project successfully, includes but not limited to; collect requirements, research, develop scope of work, prepare plan, plan resources, prepare RFP (request for proposal documents), evaluate bidders, select best bidder, manage and control contractors, insure implementation of last technologies with the highest value in the most cost effective way. Project outlines: Build an online solution/web application/website to Provide tenders and projects information for businesses (in construction industry, IT, Oil and gas, etc), and provide contact information of clients who float tenders or having ongoing projects. That means in another word: Provide business opportunities information for businesses in their targeted region Project Manager Requirements: 1. IT Engineer or equivalent with minimum 7 years experience in project management for similar projects as project manager 2. Experience in market research, marketing, competition analysis, business analysis, 3. Experience as business analyst, requirement management, agile project management 4. Hold PMP certification is mandatory for at least 5 years; preferred PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) 5. Successful record of project delivery 6. Deep technical knowledge and experience in web development, applications, online industry, search engine optimization, online marketing, 7. Has deep experience of latest web development technologies 8. Competition and SWOT analysis 9. Skills: Content writing and editing skills; HTML/CSS; FTP; Analytics & Reporting; Information Architecture; Knowledge of Content Management Systems; Social Media; SEO; Keynote/PowerPoint; Presentation Skills; Photo Editing Skills; Marketing Speak and Technology Lingo; An Eye for Detail; Organization; Understanding of Formal Project Management Methodologies; Vendor relationships and strategic partnerships; Knowledge of Modern Technologies and Emerging; Negotiation Skills; Fiscal Responsibility; Positive Outlook; wire frames 10. Arabic speaking is preferable but it is not mandatory Duties: 1. Collect requirements; analyze the business, analyze competition, research and prepare project scope statements, define all project scope 2. Prepare requirements document which should cover somehow the following areas (each area to be detailed as per the level of importance to the owner); project management plan, integration, scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication, methodologies, stakeholders, security, technologies, procurement, operation and maintenance 3. Define project success criteria 4. Plan, manage, control and close project successfully 5. Manage and control resources 6. Reporting 7. Act as owner representative 8. Act as web development technology and management consultant 9. Other tasks as required and described in the project, objectives, and requirements above.
