Membership/Job Site

Membership/job Site: After vetting all the off the shelf Membership site options it appears I am not able to find one that will do what I need it to do and I am told I need a custom option. Here is a list of the items I need the site to do: The site will be built on a subdomain and the contractor will not need to build or add any content or do seo. Membership levels will be based on geographic locations. I will need to have the capacity to easily add a new city as we grow into that area. People will pick their city/geographic area via a drop down menu when they subscribe. Stripe integration with the shopping cart. I would like to offer a free or discounted 7 day trial option. The site will have some common videos and files that all members will have access. Then the subscriber will have access to the files in their geographic location. My team will manually enter new information on a daily basis to the geo locations. The jobs we enter will have an expiration date, so there should be some way to roll the jobs off the site when the expiration date expires. File storage is also an issue— on average the jobs we enter on the site will have blueprint pdf files that can total 120,000 KB. Once we scale up, I expect we will add 250 new jobs a day, with a total of 1500 jobs on the site. I am not going to need this storage out of the gate, but need to find a solution that will grow as we do. I would like the members to have the capacity to email themselves the files. At first my team will be entering the jobs, but for obvious reasons I don’t want my assistant to have access to the payment processing aspects of the site. At some point as we gain market share and scale we will allow the hiring firm to enter job details. So—need some different administration levels. Now to the part that the off the shelf solutions don’t address. I need the site to be integrated with Aweber or Get Response. A subscriber would automatically be added a mailing list for their geolocation. Monday-Friday I would like to send a digest of the available jobs with the expiration date based on the geolocation of the subscriber. Almost like a RSS to newsletter option but based on subscription location. The site needs to fast and secure. I think I covered the basics of my punch list for the site. I an open to suggestions from the contractor for solutions or to things I may not have considered. The must haves: 1. geolocation subscribers 2. daily newsletter of all available jobs sent to geolocation subscribers. 3. storage cacpacity/ site speed.
