1) The website needs to be secure and not viewed by google etc.
2) The website needs to be very basic so good access in Africa and South America where connectivity is bad and slow.
3) The website needs to time out after inactivity - after warning " about to log out"
4) The information must be easily viewed by blackberry and phones.
5) When new information added can trigger - information to view email to managers.
6) Up to 50 managers can view each others comments and attach documents for others to view.
7) After viewing comments each manager can record "viewed" and "agree" or "disagree" or "abstain"
8) Preferable if picture of face of manager is added to managers' comments in #7
9) Webmaster controls for passwords and deleting comments.
10) Reference section for key documents - under control of webmaster
11) Descision section - under control of webmaster
