Image Analysis / Amazon Rekognition Expert Needed

I'm looking for a developer who has good experience with Amazon Rekognition or a similar image analysis tool before and can create a mobile friendly web application that would be part of a larger website. The minor parts of this application entail building out a very basic front-end, photo capture/storage (S3), Stripe / basic API integration, and creating user logins. The bulk of this project will be training Rekognition/image analysis tool to differentiate and classify 41 different types of birds based on what an end user uploads to the app and assigning each bird classification to user profiles who sit in an existing Salesforce CRM. This project will involve calling and sending data from existing Salesforce CRM users, and may also involve writing a script to update a standalone website CRM.
