fix issue in online Store

first issue:
yesterday I protect my website with my hosting [url removed, login to view]
but now some users can't upload product image! and get a message like in attachment.
second issue:
in the first page when you go down the page must refresh and upload new product but in some browser didn't refresh. also if you select the category from the middle of the page it's not refresh to show the product category
