Erstellen eines Softwares

We have a mobile app template already setup and working with phonegap/jquery. We need some adjustments in the available pages and to create 2 new more pages to fit our use cases. The development of the application will be executed in two phases. On the first phase we expect you finalize the Frontend working with mocked data. On the second phase the backend will be implememented. This projekt will cover only fronted finalization. In short, the app will provide a medium for people searching other people with special skills: Register -> Login -> Search -> Book profile. No payment will be executed with the app. After awarding an expert, we will provide more details and the already existing template app. Please, be so kind and send an estimated (+/- time & budget).
