Hi,
This project is about building a creative, unique, pragmatic, easy to use website for my very own personal presentation, Curriculum Vitae.
It needs both web frontend and backend skills and is not focused toward the traditional wordpress implementation (this means that I do not want a clone site with scroll down content that everyone has and where one just applies a template and changes buttons).
I am myself a very technical person and the reason why I did not build my own Wordpress site is just the lack of time.
Please keep this in regard.
Backend coding part needs to be clean, readable, structured (I have programming studies behind me so I know it's not nice when the code is hard to read and a bit messy).
I have attached all details (there were quite a lot of words and I hit the limit here) in the project docs.
My budget is flexible so feel free to evaluate the effort and bet accordingly.
This is not about price dumping but rather about quality of work and the end result.

I will be going through the applications during the weekend and see the budget required and the person that can best match my needs.
As stated, the project requires probably a small team as it needs both Ux skills and backend programming (or in case of Wordpress, someone that can easily adjust some plugins and not just put buttons, images and reuse what exists).
My target is a thorough presentation site, attractive to the eye, original, having also resume, multi-language support, easy to maintain, the export to pdf part so that I can easily generate a CV from it and send it to a recruiter and easy to manage the content (I have programming skills and can change by myself in files code and entries in a DB: Mysql/Postgres/Oracle even:) but it would be cumbersome for this purpose)
