Wordpress theme for a dev and design tutorial blog

Hi,
I want a WordPress blog theme for a design and dev tutorial blog (blog is PR 3). The theme should be similar to themes that are used on most of the design tutorial blogs. (If you don't know how they look , please don't bother to bid).
I can go with a ready-made theme also from any design studio, but you would need to customize it.
Please don't show me a profile of your previous work, I mayn't be interested in that. I would appreciate if you could show up some sample related to my needs either in form of images or running demo on your server.
I would also need a logo (web 2.0 type) for this blog. You would need to handle me the complete psd of design + logo.
I would also like to get some simple WP themes to be designed, that I can give away as free on my blog. If you work well on this I could get that work to you. Please include monkeyman in your bid so that I can know that you took the pain to read it to the end.
