I need freelancer who would design and code simple website preferably in WordPress or Joomla I would like the graphics to be similar to this website Subpage Template [login to view URL] Homepage Template [login to view URL] Link to Homepage structure: [login to view URL] Key points 1. Design graphics and deliver PSD file for us. 2. Code the graphics and install them on our server 3. There will be no Database except WYSIWYG editor 4. It is just HTML code so please ignore php or any database which is seen on example images. You don't have to do that. 5. On the website will be just images and text, there will be no login area or anything like that. 6. We have account with Fotolia so you can use photos from Fotolia for free. 7. There will be one home page and 7 subpages, subpages will have exactly the same structure, just images will be replaced. Website should have WYSIWYG editor. It is a very simple website - just graphics and links, no other functionalities needed. More details will be given to the person who I choose for the project.
