Integration of Out of Box Shopping Cart Software with Already Designed Website

Background :
The registration of our domain name, , website design, web hosting and shopping cart were all previously handled by one company Email is with a different company.
We have recently decided to change over to using a different host and a FREE out of box shopping cart software (OsCommerce). We have a copy of the already designed website. Gateway to be used will be Paypal for credit card acceptance.
The scope of this project would require the following
- Integration of the OsCommerce shopping Cart software with our website
- Change the existing large image on the homepage to a slideshow of pictures (gif, jpeg etc)
Expectations :
Owner to be able to upload all files using FTP and be able to use the shopping cart just as it is out from the box but using the interface of our website. Owner should be able to
