I am looking for an experienced & professional company or individual who will handle it all and would like to continue working with me making the necessary updates and the maintenance after the site is done. (Give me the price for a once a week updates and maintenance.) Create 5 different websites. i. The company website is a straight forward website with three or four pages only but with links to the other 4 sites. I must look corporate and very unique, modern and professional. Most templates don't have what I am looking for. ii. Business Directory, eCommerce & Newsletter: It looks artistic, original, modern, each business has the capability of creating their own page to promote their business: adding photos, videos, posting comments, with advertising space; banner, side column ads, date, clock etc. Directory is a newspaper style with pages that move from side to side but DON'T FLIP, with categories and listing with a link to members' website, space for advertising capabilities, Advertising is an important aspect for the directory. These must be available and flexible to any size, layout and placement. Members can create an account, sign in box with password. Members can create their own unique ONE page with choices of colors for background, capable to add some photos, video uploads, space for they to enter their photo & profile information about themselves and their company. All on one members' page. eCommerce is a straight forward site. I would like to choose templates if needed. iii. Broadcasting Channel: A dynamic, top of the technology and design, professional and original looks. Can handle high technology in video and podcasting,etc. If you are an expert, tell me what else do you envision to make it amazing! It will have a menu for shows category or by month, each video can be seeing in a pop up box with the buttons; play, sound, fast forward, rewind etc. iv. Social Network, has a great way of connecting. Facebook is the best social network out there. If you know something else, bring it on. v. Magazine this is modern, flip pages website with great sharp quality to be able to read the content without any problem. Must be flexible to add photos, video, text, links, translator, space for advertising inside the pages. look at [login to view URL] that is the style but we will have a different content. Please look at the tabs and choices they offer plus sound. For this project keep in mind: -Design compatible with all websites -Branding -Logos -Ads & Analytics -Setup Ad Tracking System for all websites -Install and Manage Analytics -Marketing Email -Setup websites with the hosting company -Install Content Management System -PHPLD -Setup Email Accounts for staff -Point Domains -Promote site on search engines -Language choices, translator Being able to manage without coding. After the initial payment, project will be paid in full when all aspects are to the satisfaction of the client. Plus you must include a three month after acceptance to be available for questions and guidance, troubleshooting. Hopefully, you will like to work with us on a consultation services after the project is accepted. You can add any other suggestion to improve site and get the bid. I need someone who is available for questions and solutions after the project is done. And also, you will have work with us in keeping up and servicing the website. We can do Skype!
